Sacco Insurance Officer

Anchor Premier Sacco is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sacco Insurance Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our newly established Anchor Premier Ventures Insurance Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance Claims Management: Oversee and manage all insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Vehicle Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new vehicles into our insurance portfolio, working closely with vehicle owners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Customer Support: Provide expert guidance to Sacco members on insurance-related queries and assist them in navigating the claims process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all Sacco staff to integrate insurance services and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Compliance: Ensure all insurance operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all insurance transactions and claims, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on insurance activities, claims status, and vehicle onboarding progress for management review.

Compensation:

  • The officer shall be on a retainer and will also earn a commission based on performance, offering a competitive and rewarding compensation package.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in claims management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
